MORGAL MACHINE TOOL COMPANY, INC. - has provided quality stamped sprockets, contract metal stampings and related assemblies since 1971. Recently, an emphasis has been placed on a venture into the split steel pulley arena.

OHIO STAMPING AND MACHINE LLC (OSMI) - manufactures first operation blanks and medium to large stampings for the automotive, truck and appliance industries.

ROSE CITY MANUFACTURING, INC. - provides value added operations and manufactured assemblies using stamped components from Morgal and OSMI. Rose City now directly services other outside customers, as well.

CARMICHAEL MACHINE CORPORATION - provides precision machined parts utilizing all grades of metal for lawn and garden, food products and automotive industries.
